What we collect

If you submit a Christmas light display, we collect your contact email privately and the display details you ask us to publish. Exact addresses and map coordinates become public only after owner confirmation and admin approval. Gallery submissions contain a private contact email and a photo reviewed by an administrator.

Free planning tools

Wishlists, shopping lists, Secret Santa assignments and personal Santa letter details are handled in your browser. Lists saved using local storage remain on that device until cleared. We collect only aggregate tool-use counts, not the content you enter.

Analytics, advertising and affiliate links

Our first-party site metrics count page views and approximate daily unique visits using sessions. Approved third-party services, such as AdSense or analytics, may have their own privacy practices once activated. Affiliate product links are identified as advertising or affiliate links.

Retention and contact

We retain publicly approved content until it is withdrawn or reviewed, and pending submissions for moderation. You can ask for correction or removal using the contact details published by the site operator. A contact mailbox will be added before public submission forms are enabled.

Children

Planning and Santa activities are intended for parents and guardians. Children should not submit personal information or photos without parental help. Please avoid uploading photographs that identify children without appropriate permission.
